I am just a 25 year old woman of life and professional futboler.
I have become obsessed in researching, reading, and learning about how we as women can best optimize our lives through tuning in with our body through cycle syncing to truly becoming our own best friends.
I have read of only a few elite-level female sports teams using cycle syncing to help optimize performance on the field and understand our cyclical, hormonal journeys as women off the field.
I am here as a woman, professional futboler, speaker, mentor, and advocate for women's health in elite-level performance spaces.
I do not have all of the answers but would love to dig through the research and have conversations with those interested.
I am not a doctor, therapist, nor health professional, just a curious 25 year old trying to navigate the world in my female body.
